Skier ticket prices are valid throughout the 2024-2025 ski season (01.12.2024 – 30.04.2025). The card fee is included in the ski ticket prices.
1-7-14-30-50-100-200 exit based tickets can be used on any day during the season. Tickets cannot be used consecutively. They can be used with a five-minute interval. Each skier must purchase their ticket, and shared tickets are not used.
Unused rides and tickets cannot be transferred to the next season. Skier tickets cannot be used on foot to the facilities.
There are no refunds or exchanges for sold tickets. In case the ticket is lost or damaged in any way, a card renewal fee is charged upon presentation of the information slip showing the serial number on the ticket. It is not possible to renew tickets that do not share serial numbers.
Pedestrian tickets are free for the 0-12 age group. The 7-12 age group is ticketed as a child ticket / 13 years and older as an adult.
Skier tickets are issued as children’s tickets for the 0-12 age group / adults for those aged 13 and over.
The purchased ticket does not grant any insurance rights to the owner. Each ticket owner is responsible for having their own personal insurance.
In case of adverse weather conditions, unavoidable malfunctions and unforeseen situations, if the facilities have to be closed during the day, the ticket refund cannot be accepted. The user has the right to use that ticket on another day.
In case you ski outside the designated track or in case of possible accidents caused by irregular behavior, all responsibility belongs to you and our company accepts no responsibility in this regard.
Ticket owners must comply with the rules of use of the facilities and tracks. The tickets of those who behave in a way that threatens the safety of others are canceled and prohibited from using the tracks and facilities.
Each guest is obliged to present their tickets to the personnel on duty when requested. Penalties are applied in case of detection of fake or expired ticket usage.
Accidents that may occur while skiing are the skier’s own responsibility. Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş. is not responsible for any damages in accidents that may occur in any way.
Erciyes Ski Resort tickets are sold by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality.
